Foocw is indeed a Chinese, but more specifically a Singaporean Chinese. Based on history, he likes to do fanart on Rocko's Modern Life, SWAT Kats, and Shining Force.
However, he does not do kemono art style. Rather, he uses traditional Westernized furry art style for said cartoon characters, but with bara-themes. Initially he started posting in DA (within DA's restrictions). He then later emptied his DA account, transferred to his FA account to post exclusive mature art, but later emptied and left. back then, he had a personal site; not much was known, other than that at one point of time - prolly 2 years ago or so, he actually wanted visitors to pay to view some of his mature muscle-themed comics. Couldn't trace it back. Didn't saved any of his previous works either. Guessed that it was removed.
Currently, the only trace left is his DA account which is recently given a fresh re-boot, uploading only SWAT Kats/ Rocko fan comics, and lacks any trace of his former style (muscle).

So he's half-active (in DA; no signs of him ever going back to FA), posting only fan comics and not any of his works in his former style(s). Best to leave things as they are now.
