Use the sex move on an enemy you want to capture, to increase the percentage. The higher it is the better your chances. If it hits 100%, you just get the sex scene. When you are comfortable with the percentage, kill the mob. If you did it right, they will ask to join you after the battle. Choose the option on the left to agree (if I remember correctly). They will then appear at the ranch in the snow town.

For the lv100 boss, I had the tiger guy and the pink bunny guy with me. I think they were around their mid-30's, and my guy was around 45. I kept the bunny guy healing, and the others on the attack.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of those guys badmouthing Koto and Kou was suddenly fed up with it and had a burst for holding his opinion about it in order to fit in.
