I made an account on it like two years ago. It's a pretty nice source for stuff, but I don't really like how forums like it operate. If I remember correctly, you'll have to post actively and contribute to get points to view some threads that have a restricted point limit (though you can view those that aren't restricted), and if you've made no posts in over a month (or none at all) your thread-viewing privileges are suspended. Great if you have lots of stuff to contribute with or if you're one of those that post a lot; horrible for those that prefer to lurk.

Additionally, it seems that they've jacked up the limitations on the comics section, which just makes it harder to look around... That, and they've changed the registration process, it seems. I've attached a sort-of translation of what I can understand of the registration page; maybe it'll help. There're probably some mistakes, but it should probably help you get through. Honestly, though, having some knowledge of Chinese would help a lot if you want to register and participate... Maybe.

Well, because it's a forum, it's easier to look back to older posts for some old things, whereas in an imageboard, for example, topics get deleted every-so-often. Though you'll usually find that some images have been deleted by the hoster or download links don't work, especially for very old topics.

Otherwise I guess it's a good source. I can't say much about 'rare' comics since I haven't been there in a while, but they do have some pretty nice gems. Popular or high-demand stuff seems to get posted pretty quickly from what I remember. If you're patient, though, it'll eventually get out to more accessible places. (Usually)
